Swansea Quarry Pit Modifications

Project Description

MacKay was selected by Canadian Pacific to build the Quarry Pit Modifications project at Swansea Quarry south of Cranbrook BC.
The project consisted of clearing and grubbing of the proposed footprint. This was then infilled with 175,000 cubic meters of material to construct the loadout expansion and tail track extension. Grading was also provided for two more additional tracks in the loadout facility.
