MacKay was the successful contractor to build the Sullivan Landing Phase 1 project. The work included 2200m of water main (350-200mm), 1505m of sanitary sewer (200mm), 605m of storm sewer (450-300mm), 6820m of shallow duct, 11,500m3 grading, sub-base, base, curb, gutter and paving.
This project also included tie-in to existing residential infrastructure as well as a water trunk main through a very narrow corridor in an alleyway serving existing residential properties.
